More Photos from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Also included in this recent document drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, marked on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a key detailing different parts of the estate.

Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for dock shelters.

Further materials made public as part of the continuing investigative release.
